About me

I started my journey in the software industry during my third year of university as a Software Engineer, where I was responsible for both frontend and backend development. This early experience gave me a strong foundation in building complete software solutions and working across different layers of a system.

In 2024, I participated in the Viettel Digital Talent Program and was honored to achieve Second Prize. This milestone not only recognized my technical capabilities but also marked an important turning point in my career, leading me to join Viettel High Tech.

Currently, I am working as a DevOps Engineer, where my responsibilities include deploying and monitoring multi-cluster systems, designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, developing automation tools, and implementing security practices to ensure system resilience. Beyond day-to-day operations, I actively research and experiment with new technologies, seeking opportunities to integrate AI-powered solutions and other innovative approaches to improve performance, scalability, and automation.

I am driven by a strong passion for innovation and continuous learning, with the long-term aspiration of becoming a Solution Architect. By combining DevOps, backend engineering, and AI-driven approaches, I aim to create smarter, more resilient, and future-ready systems that deliver real-world impact.

DevOps Engineer – Viettel High Tech (Jul 2024 – Present)

  • Multi-cluster management: Designed, deployed, and maintained multiple on-premise Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and meeting a 99.9% SLA for production environments.
  • CI/CD & automation: Built and optimized CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, and ArgoCD, streamlining software delivery and improving deployment speed and reliability.
  • System observability: Implemented monitoring and logging stacks with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Jaeger, enabling proactive issue detection and faster incident response.
  • Infrastructure tools: Developed internal automation tools with Bash and Python to reduce manual workload, improve efficiency, and enhance operational consistency.

  • Bug fixing & optimization: Analyzed and resolved issues during deployment phases, significantly reducing post-release bug reports.
